New market and business model. I had to put together a team that included an illustrator, a backend developer (who I chose poorly). It was the most disastrous experiment ever. But I'll only take one thing away from this experience: always have a backup plan. It's a sad story because it was my first time failing to meet a deadline, and I lost the client as a result.
