NEW SERVICE
The assignments involved building a futuristic website to market lunar travel. It's a novel concept, so there are currently no real services to compare it to, which complicated the work. I also needed to create a new name and logo.
FLY SAFE
After going through some names I chose Mona as the name of the company. Giving the full name as Mona Caravan. In ancient literature, the word "caravan" was used to refer to a group of people traveling through hazardous terrain in vehicles or on animals, notably across a desert on camels. Although there is some risk in space, Mona is a safe company to be in, and with the number of trips being made, it made sense. Since creating the logo wasn't the major goal, I didn't spend much effort on it. After doing extensive study, I was able to deduce what the company's core values would be, which I could then incorporate in the company's marketing materials:
- safety
- reliability and performance - transparency
- a distinctive experience for the visitors

Mona offers a safe and comfortable way to experience the wonders of space travel. When I first started UI design back in 2018, it was a fantastic project. It was a testing project that I really enjoyed working on, but of course it's not a real project. At the conclusion, I'll go over the tasks, problems, and how I reached the solution. Enjoy!
